The Order ID is the ID associated with the order that you made on the portal. It can be found in your order invoice.
You will be able to see that in Your reviews status. The status will be showing Paid once we process the payment. If the status is marked as paid and you still do not have your refund make sure to contact us so we can fix the issue.
Since you can only claim one offer at a time we have made it convenient for you to remove a claim if you have changed your mind. Note that you need to request your claim removal by clicking on the button on the offer. It is important to understand that if you have already claimed an offer and purchased and you remove your claim we will not be able to provide a reward.

The reward steps are really easy to follow. Note that it is important to follow them to make sure you receive your reward at the end of the process. The steps are simple: 1. Read and understand our program rules. 2. If you are interested in the program register as a reviewer within our community. 3. Fill in your information so we can have all the information needed to send your award as soon as you complete the review process. 4. Once you have claimed the item use the link to buy the product using your account. As soon as you have the items and you have set it up, post your review following the provided notes to make sure you use any relevant keywords we would push forward. 6. When your review reflects on the item detail page create a screenshot of the review and the payment invoice of the order and log in to our platform. 7. The last step of your process is to upload the review screenshot, invoice screenshot, and order ID and simply submit the review on our website. 8. We will review and confirm the item and the review, and send your reward to the provided payment account within 2 business days. You will be able to see the status of the review in your dashboard changing to Paid as soon as we process the payment.
